Terms and Conditions

  

These terms and conditions set forth reflect Platinum AutoSpa&Detailing LLC's policy with respect to each of its customers.  All customers of Platinum AutoSpa&Detailing LLC agree to the terms and conditions set below. When you book via phone, online or in person with Platinum AutoSpa&Detailing LLC, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking before making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are fully agreeing to the terms and conditions.  


Payment is due in full when service agreed upon is completed. We accept the following payments:

  • Cash
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Discover
  • American Express
  • Most other Major Credit Cards
  • Checks ($50 Minimum Bad Check Fee) 
  • Affirm
  • After pay

 
 

*Disclaimer-- All pricing listed on our services page is based on vehicles in "average" condition. We reserve the right to determine whether the vehicle is in average condition base on a visual on-site inspection. The pricing should be used as a guideline and not as the grand total, set in stone price. Final prices will be quoted in person upon visual inspection and agreed upon before any work is performed. Additional services may be recommended and are available at the customer's request. We also do custom packages to fit your budget and your vehicle's needs, just contact us directly to get a custom package. * 


BOOKING TERMS

  • All times for services are only estimates, some vehicles or packages may take longer than estimated. 
  • Platinum AutoSpa & Detailing LLC is not responsible for lost personal items due to accidental throwing away or while vacuuming is being done. 
  • Platinum AutoSpa & Detailing LLC will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any individual property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service.
  • Some stains may not be able to be removed, we will do our best to get as much of the stains out of the vehicles fabric as we can. This does not reflect the cost of any services, there will be no discounts if we are unable to remove all stains. 
  • Platinum AutoSpa&Detailing LLC will not remove nor install custom equipment from your vehicle.
  • Platinum AutoSpa&Detailing LLC reserves the right to place a hold on your debit or credit card details to secure the booking.
  • Platinum AutoSpa&Detailing LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • If your vehicle has never been detailed before and you do not mention major stains, odors, human/animal biological waste, mold or mildew, or any other hazardous materials our guarantee is voided. No refunds, redo's and we will not do any extra cleaning for the original price estimate.
  • If your vehicle is in worse than average condition when it arrives it could take us longer and cost you more than the price estimated, ALL PRICES ADVERTISED ARE STARTING AT, this does not mean the prices are set in stone, vehicle size and condition could change the price. We reserve the right to charge accordingly to your vehicle and vehicles condition.
  • There is no Guarantee that we will get your vehicle to show room condition and make the interior look brand new, however we will try our absolute best to make it as clean as possible. 
  • Refusing any service recommended by Platinum AutoSpa&Detailing LLC may void guarantee.
  • All vehicles detailed by Platinum AutoSpa&Detailing LLC will be at customer's own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning process.
  • If you would like your Glove Box or Center Consolecleaned, please leave them open and empty of all personal belongings. Otherwise, they will not be cleaned.
  • By agreeing to the terms, you also agree to us using Before and After pictures of your vehicle for marketing purposes. They will never be sold or given to third parties.
  • All bigger items must be removed from vehicle before your appointment.

Communication Terms

  • Platinum AutoSpa&Detailing LLC will send you SMS Text Messages through our Square Booking App. We may send you text about the progress of your vehicle.
  • Your mobile phone service may charge a fee, Platinum AutoSpa&Detailing LLC is not responsible for any charges made to you by your mobile carrier.
     

Cancellation Policy

  • We require a 24hr notice of cancelation for any detailing or window tinting appointments.
  • Platinum AutoSpa&Detailing may change your appointment if we have equipment failure, short of staff, or due to weather conditions.
  • Any appointments not cancelled 24hrs prior to appointment will be charged a minimum of 25% of service cost.
  • Any no call/no shows will be CHARGED FULL PRICE of appointment booked.


Window tinting terms and conditions

  The terms and conditions set forth reflect Platinum AutoSpa&Detailing LLC's policy with respect to each of its customers.  All customers of Platinum AutoSpa&Detailing LLC agree to the terms and conditions set below. When you book via phone, online or in person with Platinum AutoSpa&Detailing LLC, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking before making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are fully agreeing to the terms and conditions. .

  • We cannot guarantee 100% that there will be no contamination when we apply the film, however we will do our best to keep it to a bare minimum as we possibly can.
  • Warranties on film only cover if the film adhesion fails or the color stability fails, we will not replace any tint from but not limited to, rolling them down to early, scratches, tears, or your window is shattered. 
  • We are not liable for your vehicle violating state law tint requirements, customer will take full responsibility. 
  • By agreeing to the terms, you also agree to us using Before and After pictures of your vehicle for marketing purposes. They will never be sold or given to third parties.
  • If your rearview mirror is required to be removed to have a windshield strip installed, we are not responsible for any damages that may occur and may refuse to do so to avoid damaging windshield.

Refund Policy

If there is an issue with a detail such as an incomplete area, we require that you send us photos within 24hrs of the areas that were missed, and we will clean those areas. We also require that you bring the vehicle back within 3 Days after the appointment to honor the reclean. We will only reclean the areas that were mentioned, we will not reclean the entire vehicle again. Any vehicles outside of that time frame will be denied a reclean or refund.

If you refuse the reclean you are agreeing to only receiving up to 25% of the total cost of the detail (before tax) in return. Any issues with window tint that a customer would choose to receive a full refund we would have to remove all the tint before issuing a refund.
