These terms and conditions set forth reflect Platinum AutoSpa&Detailing LLC's policy with respect to each of its customers. All customers of Platinum AutoSpa&Detailing LLC agree to the terms and conditions set below. When you book via phone, online or in person with Platinum AutoSpa&Detailing LLC, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking before making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are fully agreeing to the terms and conditions.
Payment is due in full when service agreed upon is completed. We accept the following payments:
*Disclaimer-- All pricing listed on our services page is based on vehicles in "average" condition. We reserve the right to determine whether the vehicle is in average condition base on a visual on-site inspection. The pricing should be used as a guideline and not as the grand total, set in stone price. Final prices will be quoted in person upon visual inspection and agreed upon before any work is performed. Additional services may be recommended and are available at the customer's request. We also do custom packages to fit your budget and your vehicle's needs, just contact us directly to get a custom package. *

Cancellation Policy

All customers of Platinum AutoSpa&Detailing LLC agree to the terms and conditions set below. When you book via phone, online or in person with Platinum AutoSpa&Detailing LLC, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking before making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are fully agreeing to the terms and conditions. .
Cancellation Policy
If there is an issue with a detail such as an incomplete area, we require that you send us photos within 24hrs of the areas that were missed, and we will clean those areas. We also require that you bring the vehicle back within 3 Days after the appointment to honor the reclean. We will only reclean the areas that were mentioned, we will not reclean the entire vehicle again. Any vehicles outside of that time frame will be denied a reclean or refund.
If you refuse the reclean you are agreeing to only receiving up to 25% of the total cost of the detail (before tax) in return. Any issues with window tint that a customer would choose to receive a full refund we would have to remove all the tint before issuing a refund.
