Frequently Asked Questions

Please contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.

We do majority of our services by appointment to ensure we get your service done in a timely manner. We do however accept walk ins when we have openings. Give us a call at 419-819-4005 or text us at 567-694-9081 to see if we have any immediate availability. 


If you arrive before/afterhours please let me know. We have a key drop by our door you can drop your keys in. When we finish your detail, we will call or text you to let you know it is ready for payment and pickup.


Most times are estimated, some may take longer than others, but we typically plan to have your vehicle back to you by the end of the day.  If the vehicle needs to be kept longer, we will contact you. Ceramic coatings typically are a two-day minimum process. 


If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you call, text, or email us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. We do have automated text reminders the day before and day of your appointment. If you are running late, we understand, please give us a call at 419-819-4005 to let us know! If you forget your appointment and do not show up by at least a half hour after scheduled time or don't show up at all we will consider that a no show, we reserve the right to charge you for the full price of your appointment. If you are a no show and contact us at a later time to reschedule there will be an extra fee of $25.

  • Please Remove all personal items from your vehicles, paperwork in your glovebox is fine.
  • We CAN NOT LEGALLY remove or reinstall any child restraints or seats. Please remove them before your appointment or we can clean around them. 
  • You may have an extra charge if your vehicle is excessively dirty.
  • Platinum AutoSpa & Detailing LLC will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including vehicle being serviced or any belongings inside the vehicle.
  • If there are any personal items that are in the vehicle that we don't see that get sucked up through the vacuum, we will not accept any liability over that. 
  • If you want your glove box cleaned or center console cleaned, please leave them open with any confidential or personal items removed, otherwise we will not open it for privacy reasons.


We accept most major credit/debit cards and Cash. Credit Cards have a 3% Convenience Fee Added to the Transaction. Taxes will be added to all transactions. 


If you removed all large personal items, we will vacuum your trunk however we try not to shampoo/extract in the trunk.


We don't like to clean off seatbelts, the reason being is because we do not want to take the risk of the chemicals that we use softening the seatbelt and causing any serious incidents.  We apologize but we just can't take that risk for your safety!


We do our very best to get all the stains out, however there are some stains we just can't get out. It really depends on what stained it and how long the stain has been there. That being said whether we are able to get the stain out completely or not, the price we have set will not be discounted because we were unable to get all the stains out or get a particular stain out. It still took us all that effort and work to try and get as much of the stains out as possible. 


 ALL POLICIES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

Final Sale Items

  • Wiring, dash cameras, speakers, head units, stereo electronics, electronic components, and aftermarket accessories are FINAL SALE.
     
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances once purchased or installed.
     

Other Products

  • Unused and unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 7 calendar days of purchase with original receipt.
     
  • Final Sale items are excluded.
     
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply at management’s discretion.
     
  • Opened, used, damaged, or installed items are not eligible for return.
     

Services

  • NO REFUNDS on completed services.
     
  • Any concerns related to workmanship must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
     
  • Failure to report issues within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the service as completed.
     

Deposits

  • All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
     
  • Deposits may be transferred one time only if the appointment is canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
     
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of the deposit.
     

Defective Items

  • Defective products must be reported within 24 hours of purchase or installation.
     
  • After 24 hours, all warranty claims are subject to manufacturer warranty terms only, if applicable.
     
  • Platinum Auto Spa and Detailing LLC reserves the right to inspect all claimed defective items before approval of replacement or refund.
     

Customer-Supplied / Outside Aftermarket Parts Policy

  • Any aftermarket parts, accessories, electronics, or components NOT purchased directly through Platinum Auto Spa and Detailing LLC carry NO WARRANTY—EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED—ON PARTS OR LABOR.
     
  • We assume NO responsibility for:
     
    • Part failure
       
    • Manufacturer defects
       
    • Compatibility issues
       
    • Premature wear
       
    • Damage caused by inferior or incorrect components
       
  • Labor charges are still due in full, regardless of part failure, fitment issues, or required removal/reinstallation.
     
  • If customer-supplied parts cause damage to the vehicle or other components, all repair costs are the customer’s responsibility.
     
  • We reserve the right to refuse installation of any customer-supplied part at our discretion.
